Seven of the first ten free (also known as organic) listings were for law firms and all eleven ads were for law firms. The law firms that were advertising here are spending over $13.00 for each visitor that clicks on their ad.

Hillary Clinton in a slip and fall accident

Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton expects to have surgery soon to repair a broken elbow she suffered in a fall in the State Department garage.

State Department spokesman P.J. Crowley told reporters that no date for the surgery has been set, but that it likely would be scheduled "in the coming week."

Pope falls, breaks his wrist

Pope Benedict XVI had to undergo an operation yesterday after falling and breaking his wrist at his holiday home in the Alps.

The operation was performed under local anaesthesia and went well, said the Umberto Parini hospital in Aosta, northern Italy.

Surgeons operated on the wrist to reduce the fracture, a procedure to realign the broken bone fragments, it said.

The Vatican said the 82-year-old Pope fell in his room overnight and despite the accident celebrated Mass and had breakfast before going to hospital.

Doctors took an X-ray of the pontiff’s right wrist and found a fracture.
